Choosing the right support is a significant step toward your well-being, and I believe that clarity is the foundation of a good therapeutic relationship. To help you make an informed decision, I’ve outlined my fee structure below. My goal is to ensure our work together is built on transparency, allowing us to focus entirely on your growth and progress from our very first session.
A complimentary 15-minute phone or video consultation to briefly discuss your needs, answer questions, and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.
A comprehensive first session where we explore your history, current concerns, and goals to develop a thoughtful and personalized treatment plan.
A 50-minute one-on-one therapy session focused on supporting your growth, insight, and progress toward your goals.
A 60-minute session designed to help partners improve communication, strengthen connection, and navigate challenges in a supportive space. Typically, for partners needing extensive couple's therapy, I refer out to therapists specialized in marriage/couples counseling.
A structured clinical assessment with documentation to support requests for academic or standardized testing accommodations.
A comprehensive psychological evaluation with a detailed written report to support immigration-related legal proceedings.
This practice is committed to making high-quality mental health care accessible, which is why I partner with the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective to provide sliding scale options. I recognize that financial barriers shouldn’t stand in the way of personal healing, so a portion of the practice is dedicated to clients who need reduced rates. Through this collaborative model, we can focus on your therapeutic journey without the added stress of unmanageable costs. Whether we are working on relationship dynamics or navigating life transitions, my goal remains to empower you toward a fulfilling and purposeful life through an affordable, inclusive approach to wellness. Please note I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for those experiencing financial hardship and ask that you be honest about your level of need so that these reduced-fee spaces remain available to those who truly depend on them.
"Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is a nonprofit network of mental health professionals dedicated to providing in-office and online mental health care—at a steeply reduced rate—to clients in need across the United States and Canada."
